No probate fee if the estate is $25,000 or less.
$6 for every $1,000 (or part of $1,000) by which the estate exceeds $25,000 but is not more than $50,000.
$14 for every $1,000 (or part of $1,000) by which the estate exceeds $50,000.

A separate court filing fee of $200 also applies, waived if the estate does not exceed $25,000. An optional $7 e-filing fee applies if filed through Court Services Online.
